Does the identified land parcel (or parcels) for development have the required key physical infrastructure? Specifically, does it/do they have: natural gas line, electrical, fresh water supply, connection to sewage disposal trunkline, drainage and stormwater, and sufficient ICT (information and communication technology) services?
Is the parcel conducive to development? Is it big enough? Are there any restrictive covenants on the site or any restrictions that may limit how the parcel can be developed?
